Marketplace Rules
Version 2026-08 · Effective 28 August 2026
These rules support a fair, accurate and trustworthy LAWLiS marketplace. They apply together with the Terms, Partner Terms and applicable product policies.
1. Accurate listings
- Products, brands, specifications, condition, fitment, stock and images must be accurate and not misleading.
- Partner offers must use the correct canonical LAWLiS catalogue product.
- Partners must not manipulate catalogue data, stock or pricing to mislead Riders or other Partners.
2. Fitment and product safety
Fitment claims must be based on reasonable product information. Safety-critical parts must be accurately described and must comply with applicable law and relevant product requirements.
3. Fair marketplace conduct
- No counterfeit, stolen, unlawfully sourced or deliberately misrepresented goods.
- No harassment, discrimination, fraud, review manipulation or attempts to bypass marketplace safeguards.
- Partners must honour valid orders and communicate promptly when fulfilment problems arise.
- Riders must use returns, support and review systems honestly.
4. Orders, delivery and returns
Partners must fulfil orders, provide delivery information and participate in returns and refunds in accordance with LAWLiS policies and applicable law. Riders must provide truthful return information and preserve requested evidence where reasonably necessary.
5. Enforcement
LAWLiS may investigate suspected rule breaches, request information, restrict listings, suspend marketplace functions or suspend/deactivate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect Riders, Partners or the marketplace. Material decisions should be recorded through LAWLiS administrative audit processes.
6. Law takes priority
These rules do not override rights or obligations imposed by applicable law.
