LAWLiS Powersport

LAWLiS Legal

Prohibited Products Policy

Version 2026-08 · Effective 28 August 2026

LAWLiS is a powersport parts marketplace. Products may be removed or refused where their sale, possession, import, export or marketplace distribution would be unlawful, unsafe or inconsistent with LAWLiS marketplace standards.

1. Always prohibited

  • Counterfeit, stolen or fraudulently branded goods.
  • Products whose sale is unlawful in the territory in which they are offered.
  • Products subject to a safety recall where continued sale is prohibited or unsafe.
  • Items intentionally misrepresented as genuine, approved, road-legal or compatible.
  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, weapons, explosives or other goods outside the legitimate powersport-parts marketplace.

2. Restricted or regulated products

Some products may require permits, approvals, age restrictions, transport controls, road-use approval or other regulatory compliance. A Partner may list such a product only where the Partner can lawfully sell and deliver it and can provide evidence of compliance when requested.

3. Used and safety-critical components

If LAWLiS permits used, refurbished or safety-critical components, their condition must be clearly disclosed. A Partner must not conceal damage, material wear, recall status or other facts that could reasonably affect safety or purchasing decisions.

4. LAWLiS action

LAWLiS may reject, unpublish or remove a listing and may request supporting documentation where a product raises legal, safety, authenticity or marketplace-integrity concerns. Serious or repeated breaches may result in Partner suspension or deactivation.

5. Reporting

Riders and Partners should report suspected prohibited, counterfeit or unsafe products through LAWLiS Support.

Pre-launch legal draft: Product-specific regulatory review may be required as LAWLiS expands categories or territories.
