Shipping Policy

LAWLiS is a marketplace. Approved Partners list products and manage fulfilment and delivery for their offers. Shipping charges are shown separately from product prices where applicable.
1. Partner-managed delivery
For the current marketplace model, the Partner accepting the order is responsible for dispatching the goods, selecting or using its stated delivery service and supplying relevant tracking or delivery information. LAWLiS provides the marketplace workflow through which delivery information can be communicated.
2. Shipping charges
Shipping charges are displayed separately at offer or checkout level where applicable. They are not part of LAWLiS product margin calculations.
3. Dispatch and delivery estimates
Dispatch times and estimated delivery times are estimates supplied for the relevant Partner offer. Delays can occur because of courier operations, remote-area delivery, public holidays, incorrect addresses or events outside reasonable control. A delivery estimate is not a guarantee unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Tracking and delivery issues
Where tracking is available, the Partner must keep the order record reasonably updated. Riders should report material delivery problems through LAWLiS Support so the marketplace can assist with the Partner and preserve an auditable record.
5. Address responsibility
Riders must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be recoverable where permitted by law and fairly disclosed.
6. Returns and shipping refunds
Return shipping, original shipping refunds and delivery-related remedies are handled under the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law. Nothing in this policy removes a Rider's rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Future courier integrations
LAWLiS may introduce integrated courier services in future. Until such functionality is expressly made available, Partners remain responsible for their own courier arrangements.
